Fabio Crocco - Legend

Dream or reality?

There is a fine line between memory and dream. That is where this music lives.

Legend is born from the echo of worlds that no longer exist, or perhaps never truly did, except in the imagination of those who have learned to listen to the silence between the stars.

Harmonies carrying the scent of yellowed maps, hidden doors, islands suspended among clouds - where an ancient humanity once reached for the sky and forgot the earth below.

But every legend hides a question that touches us deeply: what are we chasing when we chase the impossible? And what do we leave behind as we climb?

These notes do not belong to a single story. They belong to you.
Perhaps they will speak of a castle in the sky, a buried treasure, a journey yet to be taken. Perhaps they will carry you back to a childhood afternoon, to a worn page, to something you once felt when the world still seemed full of doors waiting to be opened.

Fantasy is not an escape from reality. It is the oldest way we have of remembering who we truly are - creatures of earth and dream, capable of wonder, of hope, of seeking.

Let the music find you where you are. Your legend is already there, listening

Fabio Crocco

“I’ve always been fascinated by that fragile boundary where memory begins to blur into dream.
It feels to me like a place we all recognise, yet can never quite name.
When I was composing this music, I kept thinking about old maps,
about places that may never have existed except in someone’s imagination.
Because for me, fantasy isn’t an escape at all… it’s a return.
A way of reconnecting with that sense of wonder we often leave behind, yet never truly lose"
