Giulia Dimà

Born in 2007 in Padova, Giulia Dimà raised in a musical environment since she was a child.
At the age of three, she had her first musical experiences, singing in a choir with her grandfather and discovering her passion for music. Then, when she was six, she began studying guitar and taking singing lessons with vocal coaches, like Chiara Pagnin, Andrea Tosoni and Martina Micaglio.
She attended a music-focused middle school, where she took up piano and classical music in the school orchestra, participating in national competitions, concerts, and contests.
During high school, Giulia Dimà began to write songs, unveiling and sharing her feelings and life experiences into music and lyrics.
Today, music is her greatest passion. She loves experimenting and navigating through various musical styles like classical, pop, soul, and jazz, as it lets her experience a growing sense of openness and creative freedom.
At the age of seventeen, Giulia Dimà wrote the song "Heart To Play", her first official single, released by ImageSonika. In collaboration with the music producer Cristiano Zatta (aka Imaginatic), Giulia finalised the arrangements and the production of the song. "Heart To Play" marks a crucial point for her future musical projects, which she is already working on and will be unveiling soon.
Over the past year, Giulia has developed a deeper understanding of the piano, recognising it not simply as a support for the voice, but as a fundamental expressive tool in its own right, capable of amplifying emotional depth. Her new single “Two Thousand Years” marks the beginning of this evolving artistic path and a promising step toward her future works.
Giulia Dimà is her stage name. While Giulia is her real first name, Dimà is a creative invention she came up with as a child, and it represents her artistic world.
Walkin’ Through Life was born in quiet moments,
when I found myself at the piano
without really searching for anything, just listening.
This work is a small, sincere part of me,
something I feel ready to share,
in the hope that it might resonate, softly,
with whoever chooses to step into it.

"Two Thousand Years is a deeply intimate song for me.
It’s very personal — almost like a piece of my soul put into music.
It truly reflects who I am at my core,
and it was born directly from my own emotions and experiences."

“As time goes by, I realise how special it is to compose melodies and songs.
I really enjoy it, especially because it lets me share my feelings with others —
through the gentle touch of the music that stays in people’s memories,
even after the melody has faded.“
